Account Encryption

All login sessions use SSL encryption. Two-factor authentication is optional but available in your account security settings to add an extra layer.

Payment Data

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS payment credentials are held in isolated, encrypted storage. We never store card or bank account numbers on our servers.

Withdrawal Verification

Every payout request is verified against your account history and linked payment method. Withdrawals usually process within 24 hours of approval.

Your Terms & Conditions Questions Answered

Once you request closure in Settings > Account & Terms > Close Account, your account is suspended immediately and deleted permanently after 90 days. You cannot reopen the same account. You can create a new account after that period, but your previous account data will not be recovered.

We retain active account records, payment history and login logs for as long as you remain an active player. After account closure, we retain records for 7 years to comply with local financial reporting requirements, then delete them completely.

Contact [email protected] immediately with your transaction ID and payment method name (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS). We investigate within 5 business days and liaise with your payment provider to recover funds if the transaction is found to be fraudulent or unauthorised.

Yes. Log into Settings > Payment Methods and you can add, update or remove DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS details. Deposits and withdrawals will use your most recently selected method unless you specify otherwise at checkout.

All player deposits are held in separate, segregated accounts and are not used for operating expenses. If we face technical failure, your funds remain protected. Withdrawals are verified and processed through your original payment method.

Visit Settings > Account & Terms > Data Export, or email [email protected] with your username and a photo copy of your ID. We provide a complete export of account records, activity logs and payment history within 10 business days.
